I'm John, a highly experienced and awardwinning freelance web developer based in sunny Brighton.

I am an enthusiastic development specialist and tech lead with over twentyone years of handson experience.

I deliver considered user experiences working with modern JavaScript (or TypeScript), React, HTML and CSS.

My work is diverse; I've worked with clients worldwide on projects including:

  • leading a team of developers for the world's local bank, rebuilding their commercial banking platform;
  • helping prospective car buyers find just the right configuration for their next sports car;
  • overseeing the digital rebranding of a chain of much-loved high-end department stores;
  • ... and revamping the online presence of local food truck so that their customers knew where to find them.
